• Is the vendor tying the sale of 3rd party software to the sale of its hardware products? If so, how frequently and what 3rd party software products are being pushed onto consumers?

• What optional software is made available to customers?

• What operating systems does the company’s phone support cover?

• What operating systems does the company’s web support cover?

• The company’s web site recommends which platform to its visitors?

• The company’s sales staff recommends which platform to its customers?

• Does the company provide refunds to customers who return their unused Microsoft products?
